Cuban Bites began with two women who believed in a dream and two husbands who needed a little convincing. As two couples, we knew building a business together wouldn’t be easy, but when we found the perfect location, all four of us knew it was meant to be.
We spent months cooking, tasting, and sharing every recipe with our family. Nothing earned a place on the menu unless it passed the family table test.
When we can’t agree, we settle it the Cuban way: the wives against the husbands, with a dominó game deciding the winner.
