Each course is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the region's seasonal ingredients, traditions, and hospitality. The Cellar on B St's sommeliers, Paolo and Yulia, will take you through 5 sustainable wines from Italy, exploring your senses as each wine is thoughtfully paired with Chef Garyn's five-course communal dining experience.

Wine Dinner Reservation Policy Reservations are confirmed upon payment in full. Due to the limited seating and the preparation required for this experience, the following cancellation policy applies: 72 hours or more before the event: Full refund. 48–72 hours before the event: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest by notifying us prior to the event.
