Join us for a curated pairing experience featuring the wines of Paola Celeste Imports, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu from the D’Rose kitchen. Each course is designed to complement the character of the wine while bringing together South American flavors and global culinary technique.
Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through the wines, their origins, and the stories behind each pairing.

This is a specially curated food and wine pairing experience. Menu substitutions may be limited. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation so our culinary team can determine whether accommodations are possible. Guests participating in the wine pairing must be 21+. Price does not include tax or gratuity.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited seating and specially curated nature of this experience, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows will be subject to a $70 per-person charge.
Reservations may be transferred to another guest. Please contact D’Rose in advance if you need to update the name on your reservation.
