We are excited to host you at Darfons! We kindly ask that you are mindful of other reservations. Therefore we allot for 1.5 hours for parties of 2 | 1.75 hours for parties of 3-4 | 2 hours for parties of 4-6 | 2.25 hours for parties of 7 -8. Family owned and operated since 1989, our Menu comfortably stretches across Traditional American, New American, and classic Steakhouse cuisine. We accept Reservations for Lunch, Dinner, and Saturday Brunch for parties of all sizes. Our bar is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we always reserve space for walk-in guests across our dining rooms. Reservations Note: We're unable to guarantee a specific table or room when booking online. THE KITCHEN INITIATIVE (Since 2023): All of our guest checks include a voluntary Kitchen Appreciation Gratuity (KAG), which adds 2% to every check total exclusively to support of the hard work of our kitchen team - line cooks, dishwashers, and prep - and allows them to share in the restaurant’s success. The KAG goes directly to our Back-of-House team, it does not represent a gratuity to the dining room staff. Please let your server or bartender know if you’d like us to remove it from your check.
