Street Beet is a plant-based restaurant in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood, offering comfort food rooted in nostalgia and classic fast-food riffs. We started as a pop-up in 2018 and grew into a permanent home where we keep things simple, welcoming, and always plant-based.
