Della Casa Pasta

The lasagne is the best and so easy for weekdays but the raviolis are just okay because the stuffing is not robust more like paste. The meatballs are okay if you like a lot of fresh herbs with a tiny bit of chunky tomorrow sauce which I may like more if I had had recent dietary restrictions due to diverticulitis but they could have be more moist and I thought I’d like the vodka sauce but I found it too sour like, not like bad batch, just not enough of something. The cacio e pepa white sauce much better and will try the Alfredo next time. The carrot soufflé is the best! My bad I have no pictures! Sweet and moist I ate the first half hot after cooking and then second just slightly warmed it’s crave-able!
