At DiFebo's, we believe every great meal has the power to bring people together. DiFebo's Supper Club was created around that simple idea—a shared table where conversation is just as important as what's on the plate. Inspired by the Italian tradition of lingering over a meal, this monthly dining experience is designed to encourage conversation, connection, and a sense of community through family-style dining and thoughtfully selected wines. No two Supper Club dinners are the same. Each month features a new regional or seasonal theme with four family-style courses paired with four carefully selected wines, creating a fresh experience every time you join us. Attend one evening or make it a monthly tradition—there's no membership or commitment, just a seat at the table whenever you'd like to gather. Guests gather at shared tables, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where friends, neighbors, and new faces come together to enjoy an unhurried evening of great food, great wine, and even better company. OCTOBER’S THEME: COASTAL ITALY Our first Supper Club takes inspiration from the food and wines of Italy’s coastal regions, bringing the relaxed spirit of seaside dining to the shared table. $75 per guest (gratuity included) • Four family-style courses • Four thoughtfully paired wines • Optional house-made dessert available for purchase • Two seatings: 4:30 PM & 7:30 PM

Reservation Policies: Advance payment is required to reserve your seat. Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Supper Club features shared community tables as part of the experience. If you would like to be seated with another reservation or party, please let us know when booking or contact us in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Additionally, if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, menu modifications may be limited due to the family-style nature of the meal. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in before the first course is served. Each dinner unfolds collectively over approximately two hours, with courses served to the shared tables throughout the evening. The 4:30 PM experience will conclude around 6:30 PM, allowing our team time to prepare for the following seating.
