With origins from the motor city we are proud to be the first to feature this style in Flora!!! A two day process of dough fermentation and twice baked crust. Known for the iconic cheddar crust. Covered with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and finished with our signature marinara.

Light and airy with a crunchy texture we achieve this mixing a dough and fermenting it for 48 hours. Double proofed and twice baked the result can sometimes be perceived as focaccia pizza. Topped with our signature marinara and freshly shredded whole-milk mozzarella. (Pan 18 in. x 13 in. feeds 4-6)
