Inspired by classic speakeasies and vintage Wisconsin supper clubs, this intimate lounge offers handcrafted cocktails, shareable small plates, warm lighting, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for date nights, gatherings with friends, or unwinding after work. Featuring ten signature cocktails, appetizers including our famous Chartini, warm pretzel with beer cheese, cheese curds, shrimp cocktail, and duck wontons, Doc’s Underground is a unique destination unlike anything else in Oregon.
