From order to pick up, just took a 20-min time. The food was delicious although the plate chicken was a bit too spicy to my friend. Samsa is a must - I ordered this dish all the time! Manta was yummm too!

If you know dapanji, lagman, manti or plov, you already know this table. Our manta are your manti, our laghman is your lagman, our polo is your plov, palov or osh. Same food, Uyghur kitchen. What to order: Big Plate Chicken (dapanji), chicken braised with potatoes and peppers over wide belt noodles. Laghman, noodles pulled by hand in a lamb and tomato sauce. Manta, steamed lamb-and-onion buns by the basket. Lamb skewers off the charcoal, samsa and naan from the tandoor oven, Uyghur polo slow-cooked with carrots. Portions are generous and built for sharing. 100% halal - the whole menu, the whole kitchen. No pork, no alcohol.
