A Sunday Night in Tuscany (without leaving Reno) This Sunday night, we’re setting the table for a special Italian wine dinner at DOPO Reno with Tuscan winemaker Antonio Sanguineti. Antonio grew up making wine on his family’s farm outside Siena and somehow eventually became both a respected Tuscan producer and a semi-professional race car driver. Which honestly explains a lot about the wines: energetic, soulful, generous, and dangerously easy to drink. For one night only, Antonio will be at DOPO pouring wines, sharing stories, and opening a few bottles we’re especially excited about alongside some of our favorite dishes. Price per head $60 plus tax. This experience is designed for 2 guests to share the food and each receive 4 paired wines($120). Each guest will receive 2.5 oz pours of wine for each course. Menu only available for groups of 2,4, and 6. Please do not book reservations of 3 or 5 people as the menu is designed for multiples of 2. THE MENU Monte Tondo Garganega Frizzante — Veneto citrus blossom • green apple • saline minerality Paired with: Toasted almonds & marinated olives Marchetti Verdicchio — Marche lemon zest • almond • fresh herbs Paired with: Arancini d'Antonio Antonio Sanguineti "Nessun Dorma" Super Tuscan — Tuscany black cherry • dried herbs • soft spice Paired with: Homemade Pasta Bolognese La Quercia Montepulciano Riserva — Abruzzo dark plum • tobacco • earthy cherry Paired with: Capricciosa Pizza Each pairing includes a generous half-pour of wine, with additional glasses available throughout the evening. No stuffy wine dinner energy here. Just good bottles, pasta, pizza, espresso, and a very Italian kind of Sunday night. Ciao, Your DOPO Family
