Doragon Eatery is an award-winning, chef-owned Asian comfort kitchen in Ashland, Massachusetts, created by husband-and-husband team Chefs Paponake “Pepsi” MacIntosh and Alan MacIntosh. Our menu blends bold Asian flavors, scratch-made cooking, and creative comfort food inspired by Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Southeast Asian cuisines.
Best known for our handcrafted ramen and noodle dishes, Doragon also serves award-winning wings, house-made gyoza, flavorful rice dishes, udon, and rotating chef-driven specials.
