Our Devil’s Kriek, made from local Van and Bing cherries sits on the fruit for nearly a year. This Cuvée version spent an additional year on new American oak, deepening in color and complexity. It drinks almost like a big, bold red wine, bursting with notes of dark berries, tobacco, and vanilla, and finishes dry and tannic.

This golden Belgian style sour ale is the harmony of locally grown Hood River Rainier Cherries combined with the funky back beat of wild Brettanomyces yeast. Aged more than a year on the cherries. Bottle conditioned.

Select batches of Tahoma Kriek were racked off of the fruit and allowed to age further in oak barrels. This brewer’s blend shines with ripe with bright pie cherry, kiwi, summer farm, smooth oak, and a tart finish.

With nearly 500 pounds of peaches, this sour Belgian Ale ferments on the fruit with our house yeast and Brettanomyces Claussenii for the better part of a year. The result is a juicy, funky paradise. Lightly tart and refreshing, this one drinks easy, with ripe peach and dewy citrus peeking through a farmhouse of funk.

Our Peche begins life sitting on whole peaches for the better part of a year. This Cuvee is the pick of the peach tree, with a select amount racked off the fruit and allowed extra time rest in oak barrels. Juicy peach and farmhouse lead to a tart, dry oak finish.

For our 19th anniversary, we present the Aprikozen. A Tripel was fermented on one of our favorite strains of Belgian yeast, then elevated with several strains of Brettonmyces and left to rest on locally grown apricots. Heavenly, complex, and nuanced, and an homage to history both locally and internationally.

GRAVITAR - GALACTIC IPA 6.6% ABV / 50 BU Greetings Earthlings. We are going back to the future for this recreation of one of our favorites from the past: Gravitar. This time around, we used a interstellar amount of Galaxy, Strata, Simcoe, and a touch of Mosaic and Deep Cut Cascade. Cosmic citrus, pineapple, and an ethereal note of ripe berry is anchored by a grounding whisper of forest mist. Go forth and explore.

In a realm where it is neither night, nor day, we find the Fae resting in the depths of our cellars, where it rested for more than one trip around the sun. This Saison is playfully complex and subtly acidic, with sultry aromas of ripe raspberry, rhubarb, and lemon zest.

Here in the PNW we love our berries. This dry cider was pressed with King David, Wickson Crab and Northern Spy apples, and co-fermented with Oregon Blackberries. With this technique, the apples and berries get to hang out and party together. The result is a dry, more complex and refreshing beverage bursting with ripe blackberry, summer apple, and raspberry sorbet aromas. It’s a pretty color too.

Ashmead Kernel has a very distinctive flavor, more so than most other apple varieties. It’s a little mysterious and hard to place, but familiar all at the same time. A rounded start dries to a finish, with lingering spice, tannins, and ripe apple. It’s an apple, wrapped in an enigma, packaged in one delightful cider.

Eleanor is a cider made with only Golden Russet apples grown at Swihart Orchards in Odell. We had a beautiful long fall and allowed the apples to intensify on the tree- bringing more flavor, and a little strength. This is the 5th season for these trees and they keep getting better.

Delicate aromas of spring apple blossoms accompanied by complex citrus notes and an earthy finish. Our Estate Heirloom Cider is crafted with old world cider apples grown at our Double Mountain Home -Swihart Orchards in Hood River.

Traditionally grown just for cider and once thought lost to time, we are proud to bring this single varietal back to the spotlight from our own orchard. Here you’ll find aromas of dry orange blossom, ripe kiwi, and sprightly honeydew with a honeyed color, with a touch more sweetness than a dry cider.

Red-fleshed Mountain Rose and Pink Pearl apples add subtle color to this lightly tart cider, with delicate aromas of grapefruit and strawberry.

Traditional English Perry pears grown on Parkdale offer aromas of cherry blossoms, wildflower and applewood. Dry citrus and meyer lemon aromas round out this bright and clean pear cider.

For our flagship cider, we kept it simple and local. Newtown’s and old world cider apples from the Double Mountain Orchard are pressed and fermented on a house yeast strain. We gave it plenty of time to dry out and develop wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile. It finishes tart, crisp, dry, and quenching.
