The algorithm wanted something safe. We made Content Destroyer instead. Born in the Super Mega Funk Dept., this oak foeder-fermented mixed culture sour started as a Saison base, then took a sharp left turn. Conditioned on marionberries and fermented with our house blend of lactobacillus and brettanomyces it’s less “Belgian farmhouse” and more “moody red blend that stares back at you.” Aromas of raspberry jam, red currant and fruit leather lead into tart cherry and subtle oak, finishing bone dry with just enough tannin to make wine lovers raise an eyebrow.

You can try to yuck it, but this yum is untouchable. Our Super Mega Funk Department cranked out this citrus-bright, vanilla-kissed funk bomb born from foeder-aged Berliner Weisse, blackberry whiskey barrel-aged sour, cara cara oranges and a touch of Tahitian vanilla. It’s tangy, citrusy a little smooth and just the right amount of wild.

Ectogasm is a juicy, hazy, and soft NE IPA brewed with Citra & Mosaic hops.

A small dry hop addition of Horizon hops gives this American Brown Ale a subtle floral note to round out the delicious roasted, nutty malt backbone. It pours reddish brown in color with a tan head and boasts enticing aromas of toffee and caramel.

Inspired by a 400-year-old Carpathian prophecy, we selected this imperial stout with milk sugar that was aged 10 months in J. Reiger barrels, then conditioned it on toasted macadamia nuts, Vietnamese cinnamom and milk sugar, giving it abundant notes of rich dark chocolate, snickerdoodle and shortbread cookies. Doesn't that sound nice? 11.4% ABV. **Contains Lactose
