Our German-style Kolsch, light gold in color with a balance of malt and hops. German pale malts and Amarillo hops create a beer that is subtle, not boring. 5.2% ABV

This is a hoppy, American-Style India Pale Ale. Amarillo hops dominate with Horizon providing a strong yet smooth bitter finish. German Vienna and Munich malts are added to provide balance. 6.5% ABV

Nipper is our take on a classic American style, Cream Ale. Crisp and clean, Nipper was brewed in collaboration with The Hop Guild and NY Craft Malt, using only New York State ingredients. From the pale malt and flaked corn to New York grown hops, this is New York beer. 5.2% ABV

Haze for days, tropical trinity of hops yielding flavors of mango, passion fruit and citrus 7% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops this hazy IPA features YCH 702 Citra extract throughout the brewing process. Double Dry Hopped with Citra Cyro and Nectaron. 7.3% ABV

West Coast-Style IPA with the dankest Mosaic, Krush and Nelson hops. Topped off with White RNTZ and Sour Diesel terpenes. 7.0% ABV

A triple NEIPA that packs a punch without being to sweet. Double dry hopped with Simcoe, Amarilla and Citra Cryo hops. 10% ABV

Gose style sour ale. Brewed with salt, coriander and Peach fruit tea. Refermented with Peach and Apricot. 5.7% ABV

This Bavarian- style wheat beer is made with a special ale yeast that creates banana and clove character. Pale in color, and light bodied. 5.3% ABV

This copper-colored lager is loaded with toasty Vienna malt. The deep malt flavor is balanced by a light fruity nose and just the right amount of hop bitterness to make this a super drinkable, crisp and crushable lager. 5.4% ABV

Gold Medal Winner at the 2024 NYS Craft Beer Competition in the Dark Lager Category. A rich and malty German- style lager brewed for the colder months, using all German malts and hops. This medium bodied lager imparts a luscious, smooth and toasty flavor with hints of toffee and cocoa. Pouring dark brown with ruby highlights with a light tan head. 5.5% ABV

This is a rich, malty ale. Dark-roasted malts lend flavors reminiscent of cocoa and coffee. Oats add fullness to the body while roastiness balances the finish. 5.6% ABV
