Hills Dry Diggings Distillery

Family-owned since 2012, Hills is the newest addition to Dry Diggings Distillery in El Dorado Hills. We’re a small, hands-on operation doing our best to put out something worth sipping. Under one roof you’ll find a coffee counter, a shop of our house-made spirits and local goods, and a rustic-meets-modern cocktail bar and dining room. We craft over 20 spirits in-house—including vodka, gin, whiskey, and brandy—and showcase them in cocktails that are simple, balanced, and rooted in quality. Paired with a fresh, seasonal menu and a curated list of local wine and beer, Hills is your gathering place from sunrise coffee to sundown nightcaps.
