Whole jalapeno smoked and stuffed with pulled pork, pimiento cheese, quesadilla cheese, and wrapped in bacon, served with chipotle ranch. 1 per order

A standard wire frame chafing dish that includes a water pan and two heating elements (lighter not included).

Styrofoam 3 compartment plate plus utensil packet, napkin, & moist towelette ** This is included with any of our 3 catering packages.

Serving utensils for larger pans included with all large catering orders.

Our smoked pork is pulled in small batches for ultimate tenderness and moistness, definitely a crowd favorite! Our famous mild Dutchman's Original BBQ Sauce is included on the side. 4 oz per pound of meat. (Gluten and dairy free)
