Since 1973, the Floradora Saloon has been a cornerstone of historic Main Street, offering a warm and authentic slice of Telluride’s soul. Family-owned and led by Chef Roscoe Kane, we specialize in "clean comfort food"—a scratch-made menu where 100% grass-fed beef, regional produce, and sustainable ingredients take center stage. Whether you’re here for a famous ABBB Burger, a creative Diablo Bowl, or a round at our premier bourbon bar, you’ll find a relaxed atmosphere that honors our town’s rugged mining heritage. Our space blends Victorian-era charm with a modern culinary spirit, making it the perfect local gathering spot for a post-hike lunch, a cozy family dinner, or après-ski cocktails. We pride ourselves on sourcing from our Colorado neighbors to deliver a fresh, seasonal experience that is distinctly Telluride. We look forward to welcoming you to the table.
