If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming. Reservations that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a full charge.

1 One Golfer at a Time Only the player hitting should be on the mat. Everyone else stays seated or well behind the hitting area until the shot is complete. 2 Look Before You Swing Make sure no one is beside or behind you before every swing, including practice swings. 3 Clubs and Golf Balls House clubs are available on request. Personal clubs are welcome but must be clean and free of dirt and grass. Please use only the golf balls we provide. 4 Food and Drinks Enjoy them in your bay, but keep all food, drinks, and glassware at the table and off the hitting mat and turf. 5 Guests Under 18 Must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the bay. Guests must be 21 or older to be served alcohol. 6 Respect Your Tee Time Please wrap up when your reservation ends so the next group can start on time. Ask your server about extending if the bay is available. 7 Care for the Equipment Please do not touch the screen, projector, or sensors, or change settings on the simulator computer. Our team is happy to help. 8 Report Any Issues Let a team member know right away about any damage or technical problems. Guests may be responsible for damage caused by misuse. 9 Remember, It’s a Game Have fun and cheer each other on. No slamming, throwing, or banging clubs on the mat, floor, or equipment. QUESTIONS?
