Eastern Kille Spirit Tasting
We invite you to join us for a peek behind the curtain to experience a guided tasting of Eastern Kille's award-winning craft spirits. From staples of the Eastern Kille portfolio to rare and unreleased expressions, guests will learn about the inspiration behind our craft, including the grain recipes, specialty ingredients, and cask finishes that make our small-batch spirits unique and unrivaled. Guests will receive a welcome cocktail and other spirits during the tasting. August 19th 2026: Join us for an evening of sampling award-winning whiskey at Eastern Kille Distillery. During this guided tasting experience, you'll sample a curated selection of our handcrafted whiskies, while learning about our grain-to-glass approach, aging process, and the craftsmanship behind our spirits. Our team will walk you through each pour, highlighting the unique flavors, aromas, and age that make each whiskey distinctive across a variety of proof points. Whether you're a seasoned whiskey enthusiast or just beginning your journey, this relaxed and interactive tasting is designed to deepen your appreciation for American whiskies, while also giving you the opportunity to try rare and unreleased expressions and connect with fellow whiskey lovers. September 16th 2026: Infused & Flavored Spirits: Maceration and redistillation makes the magic happen! Join us to learn how steeping and redistillation of a neutral spirit base work together to create an entirely new spirit expression altogether. Spirits sampled: Cucumber Vodka, American Dry Gin, Barrel Finished Gin, and Fig Bourbon. October 14th 2026: Aged Spirits: There's no substitute for Father Time. Learn how barrel-aging affects our spirits' flavor profile over time. We will also discuss how seasonal changes impact the aging process, and sample through benchmarks of our age-stated whiskey portfolio. Spirits sampled include Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Single Malt Whiskey, Aged Rum, and American Agave Spirit. November 11th 2026: Liqueurs & RTD's: Learn how we incorporate a variety of specialty ingredients, including a variety of herbs and spices, to craft unique spirit expressions ranging from Italian and Alpine inspired Amaros, to pre-packaged, ready-to-drink cocktails. Spirits sampled include Coffee Liqueur, Genepy, Fernet, Steenstra's Old Fashioned, and Espresso Martini.
