Reservations made for VIP events, Bottle Service, or similar are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the event. By booking, you acknowledge that: The table/section you are reserving has a REQUIRED purchase of at least 1 VIP Bottle ($200+) per tier of booking. You must include the names of everyone in your party in the special requests field for them to be granted free entry at the VIP gate. You and your guests must be 21 years of age or older, and will be required to have a valid physical form of ID to be granted entry. Refunds will NOT be issued if refund request is due to denial of entry as a direct result of not meeting the aforementioned age requirements. You will be required to pay the cost of the above mentioned purchase upon arrival. All cancellations must be made through this app, and payments are only refunded if cancellations are made 24hrs or more before the event start time. You must arrive by the time specified on your reservation for guaranteed entry. Ticket and table sales are non-transferrable or available for resale.
