A multi course culinary and wine pairing experience set in the heart of our tasting room, built around a gastronomic experience of what's fresh: clean, seasonal ingredients sourced for the moment, plated simply, and paired thoughtfully with our boutique and hand-crafted California estate wines. This is more than a food and wine pairing, rather it is an educational wine journey. Available Thursday-Sunday with seatings at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm.

Shhh...it's a speakeasy! Join us Saturday, October 17, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM for a Prohibition Wine Club Party with Calivence flair, where the drinks flow, the music swings, and hidden "secret" sips await those ready to toast in style. Tickets are just $25, so grab yours before word gets out.

A friendly wine blending competition at Calivence with Andre Boada of Vino Cadre. In 1976, a blind tasting in Paris proved that great wine knows no borders. Now that spirit comes to the Hill Country: take the winemaker's chair, blend three blind Bordeaux varietals into a cuvée of your own, and send it before André Boada and a panel of professionals. Along the way, enjoy wine friendly bites to cleanse your palette. Estate wines, French elegance, and Texas hospitality in our formal dining room at Calivence.
