Came here my first night in LA with a jittery stomach so I didn’t eat much, but I loved the atmosphere and what I did eat was very good - flash forward to today, I decided to get take out as a treat for my birthday and it did not disappoint - everything hit the spot and is pretty much exactly what I think of when I hear the words ‘proper Mexican-American food’. Also they gave me an incredibly generous amount of their amazing salsas - that’s a hallmark of a good restaurant! I definitely see this becoming one of my favorite spots / local hangouts!
