El Ranchito is a family-owned Mexican restaurant in the heart of Bishop, cooking the recipes Mireya brought from Nayarit, Mexico. We are known for our mariscos, like molcajetes, casuelita de ceviche and whole fried mojarra, along with carne asada, carnitas and chile rellenos.
