Elemental Coffee

Designed for community and as a place to showcase our coffees and deliver them to our standards, Café Elemental at 8th and Hudson has been a staple of our city and of the now bustling Midtown District since 2011. The only thing we take as seriously as our coffee is our food–we source what we can locally and sustainably, using natural and organic products whenever possible. It is our commitment to ensure that everyone enjoys a delightful dining experience, with a focus on whole foods deliciously prepared, regardless of individual needs. From pastries and grab and go offerings for those on the run, a full menu for breakfast and lunch, and brunch on the weekends, we pride ourselves on having something for everyone. Offering a wide range of vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options, we believe that what you eat matters, and people with diverse dietary needs should have a home with us.
