Includes your choice of three smoked meats (5 lbs. total), four homemade side dishes, BBQ sauce, and Texas Toast. This package is designed to serve a variety of guests with a balanced selection of meats and sides. Please Note: Double portions of the same meat are not available with this package. If duplicate meat selections are made, the second selection will be substituted with a house-selected smoked meat. If you plan to keep your meal hot during service, please remember to add chafing dishes from our Miscellaneous section. We recommend four chafing dishes for this package.
