Reservations and Walk-In Parties -Walk-ins of 6 or more is considered a party and will need to provide a mandatory valid ID and debit or credit card, which will also be held responsible for any unpaid tabs left open. -20% Automatic Gratuity is included on tables of 4 more. -Tables 13 -19 will be charged a $35 nonrefundable fee for a table. -Tables of 20 - 29 people will be charged a $50 nonrefundable fee for a table. -Tables of 30 or more people wanting to make a reservation will need to go under a contract, they will need to speak with Luis or Nataly. -The payments can be made over the phone with a credit or debit card or in person at least 72 hours (about 3 days) in advance. The payment does not go towards anything, it is a table fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours (about 2 days) of the reservation the fee is still nonrefundable. -Tables with no confirmation nor a paid fee may be cancelled if we have guests waiting. -Guests will have a 15-minute grace period after the reservation time to arrive at least half of the group will need to be present to be seated. If a guest arrives late, please be courteous, patient and respectful towards the server, arriving late backs up the server. -Upon arrival reservations that have paid a fee for a table will need to sign the merchant receipt. It is mandatory to provide us with a valid ID and credit/debit card to hold as a security purpose for any unpaid tabs. The person who made the reservation will be held responsible and charged for any unpaid tabs. -We will provide exact seating, meaning if you bring extra guests and we are unable to accommodate them. Guests will not be able to take other tables if we have a guest waiting list. They will have to put their name on the list and wait for a table.
