I got a very special treat as part of mine and my family’s first ever visit to Enzos. I called the establishment prior to our visit and I got to speak with “Keith” the owner and operator of Enzos in Mentor, OH. We were already planning to dine there, and after speaking with Keith it only solidified that we were going to make our plans to dine at Enzos definite. Upon arrival I got to put a face with the name and we were so graciously greeted by Keith in person. Him, his son, his manager and the rest of the staff (six in total including Keith) go above and beyond to make homemade recipes handed down from his lineage and with modern flare, come to life. Everything from the dough, to the sauce and the meatballs are made fresh daily and with fresh ingredients. The fact is in the flavors and the quality of the food you’re served. I would recommend Enzos in Mentor to anyone who wants to eat a great meal and enjoy a little conversation with the owner and learn about how his dream of good food and pizza came to reality. I wish Keith and his team the best and hope that Enzos becomes all he wants it to be. For only being in business for 2.5 years, is hard to believe when you taste what Enzos pizza and menu provides you. I would have thought that they would have been established for at least ten years or more. Keith claims that they are still improving on some things and that there’s more to expect in the near future. I don’t know if my taste buds and patience can wait until then. There’s no way I can fully extend my gratitude for Enzos on a scale. But on whatever scale anyone has that they choose to hold credibility on any establishment by just know that in my opinion Enzos in Mentor, OH holds the highest regard from my vote. I have had the pleasure of dining in alot of very well known and famous pizzerias across America. I will say that Enzos in Mentor, OH is right there with them in my opinion of good food and service.
