Esther’s 2.0 Reservation Policy Thank you for choosing Esther’s 2.0, where legacy meets luxury. To help us provide each guest with an elevated dining experience, please review our reservation policy below. **Reservation Arrival Time** We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time for their scheduled reservation. Reservations are held for a limited grace period of **15 minutes**. After that time, seating is not guaranteed and may be released based on availability. **Full Party Seating** To maintain the flow of service, parties may be seated once the majority or full party has arrived, depending on the size of the reservation and dining room availability. **Reservation Changes** Any changes to your reservation time, party size, or date should be made as early as possible. Same-day changes are based on availability and are not guaranteed. **Cancellations** We ask that guests cancel reservations in advance if they are no longer able to attend. This allows us to accommodate other guests and honor the experience of our dining room. **Large Parties** Large party reservations may require a deposit, minimum spend, or pre-selected dining arrangement. Our team will confirm any special requirements prior to the reservation. For parties of 5-8 guests, please call the restaurant to make a reservation. **Dining Time Limit** To ensure all guests are served with excellence, reservations may be subject to a dining time limit during peak hours, special events, and high-demand evenings. **Dress Code** Esther’s 2.0 is an elevated dining and hospitality experience. We encourage polished, stylish, and intentional attire. Preferred Attire : Upscale casual, dinner chic, cocktail attire, elevated streetwear, tailored pieces, fashionable dresses, blazers, button-downs, dress shoes, stylish heels, classic denim, and statement looks are welcome. Not Preferred: To preserve the Esther’s 2.0 atmosphere, we discourage overly casual attire including house shoes, pajamas, bonnets, durags, exposed undergarments, excessively revealing clothing, athletic slides, and clothing with offensive language or graphics. Management reserves the right to uphold the atmosphere of the restaurant. **Special Requests** We welcome special requests, including celebrations, seating preferences, and dietary notes. While we will do our best to accommodate, requests are not guaranteed. **Final Note** By booking a reservation with Esther’s 2.0, guests acknowledge and agree to this reservation policy. Reservation & Ticket Policy All reservations and ticket purchases for The Essence 2.0 Sessions at Esther’s 2.0 Restaurant & Lounge are final and non-refundable. We understand that plans can change. Guests may request to reschedule their reservation or ticket to another available Essence 2.0 Session when notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be applied one time per reservation or ticket purchase. Any difference in ticket price for the newly selected experience will be the responsibility of the guest. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. Tickets and reservations are only valid for the date and experience selected unless an approved rescheduling request has been completed. We encourage guests to arrive on time to enjoy the full Essence 2.0 experience. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled event or reservation time. By completing your reservation or ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
