Join us every Sunday evening for our Sunday Supper Series-a weekly family-style dining experience inspired by the regions, traditions, and flavors of Spain. Each week features an entirely new menu, thoughtfully curated by Chef David, giving you a reason to return again and again. This is not our regular dinner menu. It's an opportunity to slow down, pass plates, discover new dishes, and gather with friends and family the way meals are meant to be shared. Every Monday, we'll unveil the following Sunday's menu, giving you a new culinary journey to look forward to each week. July 26 — Kostaldea (The Coast) Inspired by our recent journey through San Sebastián, featuring coastal Basque specialties, fresh seafood, vibrant vegetables, and our signature Basque cheesecake. August 2 — Barcelona A celebration of Catalonia with classic tapas, bold flavors, and dishes inspired by the bustling bars and markets of Barcelona. August 9 — Sagardotegi (Basque Cider House) An homage to the traditional Basque cider houses with rustic dishes, grilled txuleta, cod, seasonal vegetables, and the spirit of communal dining. New menus are released every Monday. Each Sunday's menu is offered for one night only and celebrates a different region, tradition, or table from Spain.
