Fresh to Order

I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my online order. I was handed the bag and proceeded to walk back to my car. As I checked my order I realized that I hadn’t been provided the correct salad dressing and my salad was missing their signature croissant. Annoyed, I went back into the restaurant to have my order corrected. To my surprise, the associate Evan promptly grabbed my salad dressing, croissant and gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. I know this wasn’t a monstrous fix but in today’s day and age where good customer service is hard to find, I truly appreciate his gesture and thoughtfulness. I could no longer be annoyed with the mishap. Thanks Evan!
