Bookings at Ember are 90-minute reservations, so that we're able to accommodate the next party that is waiting to dine with us. If your party is larger than 8 people, please call us at 970-586-6409 or email us at contact@emberestespark.com to see if we're able to accommodate your group. If you're unable to make a reservation online or if you're running late for a reservation, please call us at 970-586-6409, to speak with our staff.
