Guests will enjoy a six-course dinner, thoughtfully designed by the Fiction culinary team and paired with a curated selection of wines throughout the evening. Featured pours will include the Vista de los Azules Rosé, J. Bookwalter's new Bubbly Chenin, and other VDLA selections curated to complement coursed dishes. From the first pour to the final plate, this dinner is designed as a guided culinary experience, giving guests the opportunity to explore distinctive wines alongside dishes created to highlight their character, balance, and expression.
