We never get tired of inventing new pastas – and this one is a showstopper! Five plump shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and finished in a slightly spicy cream sauce lifted with a spritz of lemon juice, broccoli florets, and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Garnished with chopped red peppers and course black pepper. “Really good” doesn’t describe this dish. It’s more like “wow”!

When a pizza has two types of meat (capicola ham and pepperoni), two types of cheese (mozzarella and parmesan), two types of peppers (green and banana) plus some tomatoes, red onions, and dressed greens thrown in for good measure, it’s deserving of two names instead of one. Kinda reminds me of a fancied-up sub that went to a pizza party and became a convert!
