Fired Pizzas is proud to be serving the Hill Country once again, having reopened in October 2025 between Austin and Dripping Springs, Texas. We operate from a one-of-a-kind food trailer—a converted semi-truck trailer—where tradition and craftsmanship meet bold Texas flavor. Our wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizzas are made with a 24-year-old sourdough starter, creating a crust that’s light, airy, and beautifully blistered. Every sauce, topping, and garnish is prepared in house by our new pizza chef using high-quality ingredients and time-honored techniques. From hand-stretched dough to carefully curated combinations, each pizza is built with intention and baked at high heat for authentic flavor and texture.
