Fitz's Delmar opened in 1993 and has been recognized as one the best family-friendly restaurants in St. Louis over the last 30 years. Fitz’s sits in the heart of the Delmar Loop, a ten-block section of distinctive stores, shops and even a renovated movie theater dating back to the 1930’s. Our unique restaurant serves as a microbrewery which houses a 1940's vintage bottling line. It was refurbished and installed at the restaurant, where it is visible from every table on the main floor through a glass wall. Fully operational, the bottling line can turn out one bottle of root beer, or any of our other popular flavors, every second which can be enjoyed in our restaurant or in soda shoppes across the USA. Known for our handcrafted root beer and nostalgic atmosphere, Fitz's is a must-visit among Delmar Loop restaurants. Enjoy classic dishes like juicy burgers, crispy fries, and our famously delicious Fitz's floats. Discover why Fitz's stands out among Delmar Loop restaurants and experience classic American cuisine.
