General Policy - First Come, First Serve: We operate primarily on a first come, first serve basis. We welcome walk-ins and will accommodate your group as best as possible based on availability. Guaranteed Reservations: To guarantee space for your group, we offer a tiered reservation system. This allows you to secure your spot in advance and is highly recommended for larger groups and special occasions. Tiered Reservation Fee - Non-Refundable Fee: The reservation fee is non-refundable and does not go toward your final bill. Full-Day Reservation: The reservation secures your space for the entire day, providing flexibility and peace of mind. Tier Levels - $50 up to 8 guests allowed. $85 - up to 15 guests allowed $150 - up to 25 guests allowed $300 - up to 35 guests allowed $500 - up to 50 guests allowed Add-Ons (Arrange in Advance) - Dedicated Server: Ensure personalized and attentive service with a dedicated server for your group. ($250) Larger Food Items: We offer a selection of larger food items perfect for groups. These must be pre-ordered to ensure availability. Payment: The reservation fee must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made via credit card. Important Information - Non-Refundable Fee: Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other guests.
