The food was incredible. The pancakes were fluffy and light, the vegetables were fresh, the side dishes were perfect, the croffle was crispy and light. Can’t say enough good about the food and drinks, but the real part where they shined was the service and friendliness. There was no indoor seating available, so my wife and I sat outside. As soon as there was some seating available, a lovely young lady remembered we were out there and saved us a table inside. After being served, the kitchen staff approached us and had said that they shorted my wife a piece of bacon on her eggs Benedict. To make up for it, they brought extra bacon and a side of tots with spicy mayo to compensate. Once we were done with our meal, we were asked how everything was and asked to please come back and that they were elated we were so happy with everything. A little friendliness and attention go a LONG way and the staff here is absolutely crushing it. I’ll be back specifically because of the staff. Amazing place!
Well worth the wait! Delicious pancakes.
