Fontano's Subs

Fontano’s Subs opened in 1960 and news began to travel about the great sandwiches made in the back room. Since then, Fontano’s has received recognition as serving Chicago’s #1 sub sandwich from the Chicago Sun-Times food critic, Pat Bruno. “A Serious Sub Shop. The Italian Blockbuster is a meat and cheese extravaganza - Delicious Eating.” We have also been voted “The Best Sandwich Shop in the Nation” by Zagat in 2012. We have been serving our delicious subs, soups and salads for over 50 Years! We will continue to do so along with a few new additions to the Fontano’s menu.
