📞 Who has the 800 number to get this restaurant a Michelin Star?! ⭐️ Our experience at Forage in Breckenridge was nothing short of extraordinary!!! What we thought would be “dinner” turned into a 3+ hour culinary adventure — and honestly, I wasn’t ready for it to end. This wasn’t simply a meal… it was an experience, a story, a little theater, and a whole lot of incredible food all rolled into one. If you consider yourself a foodie, put Forage on your list. 🍽️ Yes, it is an investment, but for us, it was absolutely worth it. Every course was beautifully presented, completely unique, and thoughtfully connected to Colorado. The ingredients, the stories behind them, the creativity, and the attention to every little detail made each dish feel like its own discovery. And the chefs! 👨🍳👩🍳 Being able to interact with them, hear the stories behind the dishes, and watch the passion they have for what they’re creating made the evening even more special. Their commitment to Colorado’s wildlife, ecosystems, sustainability, and local ingredients is woven into the experience in such a meaningful way. Then there were the surprises… so many moments where we looked at each other and thought, “Wait… WHAT are we about to eat?!” And somehow, every time, it turned into something delicious and memorable. One of my favorite parts was sitting around one communal table with a group of complete strangers and somehow leaving feeling like we had made new friends in the wonderful world of food. 🥂 The service was impeccable. The creativity was next level. The storytelling was fascinating. And the entire evening felt incredibly personal. I honestly didn’t expect to find an experience of this caliber in Breckenridge. It felt like something we would have sought out in a major culinary destination — and yet, here it is, tucked away in our little Colorado mountain town. Forage, you absolutely knocked it out of the park! Thank you for having the passion for food, the earth’s sustainability and creating an amazing culinary experience in Breckenridge. 10/10 experience for us. If you love food, creativity, storytelling, and trying something completely different — GO.
