Reservation Arrival & Late Arrivals We kindly ask that your entire party arrive as close to your reservation time as possible. If you are running late, please give us a call so we know to expect you. We will do our best to hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your reservation time. After 15 minutes, your table may be released or seating may need to be adjusted based on availability. Dining Time To help us accommodate as many guests as possible, we kindly ask that parties remain mindful of the following anticipated dining times: 2–3 guests: 1½ hours 4–9 guests: 2 hours 10+ guests: 2 hours 15 minutes We certainly don't want you to feel rushed, and these are intended as general guidelines rather than a strict cutoff. If you need additional time, please let our team know when making your reservation so we can do our best to accommodate you. Large Parties Reservations for parties of 20 or more guests cannot be made online. Please call the restaurant directly so we can discuss availability and seating options for your group. Cancellations & No-Shows If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please provide us with as much notice as possible. If you are unable to make your reservation, we greatly appreciate you letting us know so we can make the table available to another guest. Seating Requests We are happy to take seating requests and will do our best to accommodate them. Specific tables, sections, or seating areas cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Special Occasions Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion? Let us know! We’ll do our best to help make your visit memorable. Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by our team. FTP Underground Looking for something a little different? Our FTP Underground is our unique private dining and event space located beneath Four Twelve Project. The space is available for private events and group gatherings and can be reserved in advance by contacting the restaurant directly by phone or email. We also periodically open the Underground to the public for special events, including trivia, live music, and other unique experiences.
