A few items to note prior to reserving:
All guests from the reservation group must be present at the scheduled time
to be seated. We are unable to seat incomplete reservations.
We will only hold the tables for up to a maximum of 15 minutes before
releasing the tables to the general dining waitlist. After 25 minutes, the reservation will count as a no-show.
We are unable to accommodate separate checks (There will be ONE (1) bill
for the entire group), but we are happy to offer a SEAT CHECK so that each guest
can know the amount of their order.
We are unable to guarantee a specific room(s) or table(s) for any reservations.
Reservation groups may note their preference at the time of reservation and we will
do our best to accommodate them, however it is not guaranteed. If you'd like to inquire about private dining, email our banquet coordinator at gather@foxandgoose.com.
20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill for parties of 8 or more.
There is a 2-hour maximum time limit for each reservation.
We're not able to provide additional space for gifts & dessert displaying. If this is something needed for the group, please email our banquet coordinator at gather@foxandgoose.com for private dining information.
CORKAGE CHARGE: You are welcome to bring your own bottles of wine or champagne for a $25.00 corkage charge per 750 ml bottle. No other outside beverages are allowed, including beer & non-alcoholic.
OUTSIDE DESSERTS: You are welcome to bring in your own dessert (cake, cupcakes, pie, cake pops, brownies, cookies, candy, etc.) to Chartwell for a $3.00 per person dessert charge which will be added to the final bill. This charge is based upon the confirmed guest count, not the actual number of guests served dessert. No other outside food is allowed. Plates & forks will be provided for serving desserts; staff can cut desserts upon request.
