Wait List Policy To ensure fair and efficient seating for all guests, the following wait list guidelines apply: Joining the Wait List Guests must be present at the restaurant to be added to the wait list. Wait list placement is first-come, first-served, subject to table availability and operational needs. Valid contact information is required to receive seating notifications. Wait Times All quoted wait times are estimates only and may change based on dining pace and table availability. Being placed on the wait list does not guarantee seating at a specific time. Table Notifications & Hold Policy When a table becomes available, guests will be notified by text or verbal call. Once notified, the table will be held for no more than ten (10) minutes. If guests do not check in with the host stand within this timeframe, the table will be released to the next party on the wait list. Parties who miss their seating window will not be returned to the top of the wait list. Party Size & Seating All guests must be present before seating. Seating is based on party size and table availability; table changes or combinations may not be possible. Requests for specific tables or areas are not guaranteed when seating from the wait list. Courtesy & Conduct Guests are expected to treat all staff with courtesy and respect. Management reserves the right to remove parties from the wait list for inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Management Discretion Management reserves the right to modify seating order, table assignments, or hold times as necessary to maintain efficient service and fairness for all guests.
