Please see below if you have reserved our private dining room Fred's Private Dining Room Reservation Policy Thank you for your interest in booking our Private Dining Room. To ensure the best experience for you and your guests, the following policies apply to all Private Dining Room reservations. Minimum Spend Private Dining Room bookings are subject to a minimum spend requirement before tax and gratuity. Sunday – Wednesday: $600 minimum spend Thursday – Saturday: $800 minimum spend The minimum spend may be met through food and beverage purchases during your reservation. Gratuity An 18% automatic gratuity will be added to the final bill for all Private Dining Room reservations. Dining Style For larger groups, family-style dining is recommended to provide the best guest experience and ensure timely service. If guests prefer to order individually, please note that dishes will be delivered to the table as they are prepared, rather than all at once.
