5% ABV 23 IBU Ale yeast fermented at cooler temperatures gives this straw-colored German ale a faint fruitiness with a dry, crisp finish. Inspired by the beers of Cologne Germany.

5% ABV 38 IBU Slightly maltier than its German cousin, this Pilsner is brewed with Czech grown malt and hops. Light golden in color and well balanced between bready malt and spicy Saaz hops.

5.5% ABV 39 IBU German Pilsner is the pinnacle of the brewer’s art. Light-colored and dry with a firm, clean bitterness. Heirloom pilsner malt and ample noble hops create a perfect balance of flavor and drinkability.

6.8% ABV 30 IBU Blood oranges play well with the Mosaic hops, giving this beer a unique citrusy aroma and pinkish orange color (much like the sunsets during fire season).

5.8% ABV 38 IBU For our fifth anniversary we brewed up a special German pilsner. A bit stronger and hoppier than a standard pilsner, but don’t worry, this “super” pilsner is still refreshing and light.

5.5% ABV 28 IBU Slightly stronger and hoppier than a helles, but less hoppy than a Pilsner, this working man’s lager originated in the Coal Mining city of Dortmund Germany. Light, bready malt with just enough hops to balance.

4.7% ABV 14 IBU Corn is added to the grain bill giving this crushable lager its light body and crisp finish. Served with a slice of lime, or not. ¡Salud!

5.4% ABV 12 IBU The banana and clove aromas in this traditional unfiltered German wheat beer are created by the unique yeast strain. Highly carbonated and refreshing.

4% ABV 5 IBU Sweet and peachy, what more could you ask for? Just enough carbonation and tartness to keep it refreshing.

5.6% ABV 16 IBU We teamed up with Kentucky homebrewer Christopher Owen to replicate his national homebrew competition gold medal winning Helles Rauchbier. This pale lager has a smokey bacon-like aroma inspired by the biers of Bamberg.

6.9% ABV 55 IBU IPA hopped with Mosaic, Strata, Krush and Cascade, bringing intense aromas of sweet fruits like strawberry and melon, balanced with pungent cannabis and bright citrus.

5.7% ABV 29 IBU Brewed to celebrate our five year anniversary, this deep golden lager has a wonderful malt sweetness and a moderate dose of noble German Tettnanger hops.

4.8% ABV 22 IBU Everyone has one, whether it’s some jerk at work or a three year old at home. This light-bodied, incredibly refreshing German style Helles is perfect for easing life’s everyday grind.
