If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming. If you are running late for your reservation, please call the restaurant (813) 232-4238. We have a 15 minute grace period before releasing the table for walk-ins. We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences (indoor/outdoor/bar) but will be based on availability and weather and cannot be guaranteed. Gamsahabnida! Gangchu is a casual dining concept in historic Seminole Heights heavily focusing on chimaek. Pronounced "chi-mek", this is literally the pairing of Korean fried chicken and beer. At Gangchu we serve crispy fried chicken and other Korean street-food-inspired options that may be shared by many or simply enjoyed alone. At our full liquor bar, we also offer unique craft cocktails including some Soju-based concoctions and beer towers.
