At Ganges, we love keeping the energy flowing smoothly. Reservations are highly encouraged, especially during peak hours, to make sure you’re seated right on time. We do welcome walk-ins, but depending on how busy the evening is, a short wait may be required. We hold reservations for a limited grace period. If you’re running late, just give us a quick call so we can adjust — otherwise your table may be released to guests on our waitlist. To keep the dining experience relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, we may kindly request that parties follow the standard dining duration during high-demand hours.
