    Beaujolais Nouveau de l'Ozark

    On Thursday, November 19, Gaskins Cabin is joining more than a 200 year old French tradition of celebrating the arrival of the years first Beaujolais Nouveau! For one special evening, Gaskins will step away from its usual steak and prime rib menu as Chef Josh and team present a four-course French-meets-Ozarks prix fixe dining experience, complete with three curated wine pairings featuring the 2026 Beaujolais Nouveau harvest. We will have two seatings at 5:15pm and 7:15pm.

Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse is built around a 2-room log cabin built in 1864. Originally the home of John Gaskins and his family, it was a private home for 120+ years. No one can really remember when the cabin became a restaurant, but it was somewhere in the mid to late 1980’s. We invite you to experience the unique environment of Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse. Oven roasted prime rib highlights the menu, with hand-cut, char-grilled steaks being classic favorites. We look forward to serving you our award-winning dishes.
