Mother’s Day Reservation Policy Gimme’s Par & Grill Mother’s Day is one of our busiest days of the year and we are excited to celebrate with you. To ensure that as many families as possible can enjoy the day with us, the following reservation policies will apply. Reservation Deposit A $10 per guest deposit is required to secure all Mother’s Day reservations. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your visit. Cancellation Policy Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reservation time without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time, or no-shows, will result in the $10 per guest deposit being forfeited. This policy allows us to offer tables to other families hoping to celebrate Mother’s Day with us. Arrival Policy Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. If your party arrives later than 15 minutes after the reservation time, the table may be released to other guests. To ensure proper seating and service, the entire party must be present before being seated. Table Time Limits To accommodate all guests throughout the day, the following dining time limits will apply: Parties of 1–5 guests: 90 minute dining time Parties of 6 or more guests: 2 hour dining time We appreciate your understanding as we work to serve as many families as possible during this special holiday. Reservation Confirmation A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The $10 per guest deposit will be applied toward your final bill, and any applicable forfeited deposits will be charged according to the cancellation policy above. Thank You!
