Go Go Bird is a fried chicken concept inspired by Executive Chef Brandon Kida’s childhood in L.A. The chicken is marinated in a special blend, then fried and finished with a Szechuan-style chili oil for a crispy burst of flavor. The menu features tenders, spicy wings and a sandwich.
